Academic Minors

Students seeking a BIS or BAS degree may elect to complete one or more minors from those available, and the minor will be designated on their transcripts. Minors cannot be earned after the degree has been conferred.

A minor consists of a minimum of 18 credits, at least 9 of which must be upper-division. The minor may be in a single department or may be interdepartmental. Specific requirements for an academic minor are available from the academic department administering the minor.
